Gettin' ready for upgrade. Anyone on this forum use sheppard air for ATP test prep? If so, how many days did you study before taking the written?

I used it for the FE written. Went thru the selected questions twice a day over a weekend. Took the test on Monday. Very well prepared. I highly recommend it.

Just buy the Gliem book and study it for a week. Then go take the test. C for complete. D for done. Don't be a hero, it's pass/fail.

I did the Sheppardair program. 88% and a full refund. One more question and it would not have been free. That my friend is cheaper than the Gliem. They simply had me read them the codes of the questions I missed. Then credited the money to my credit card.

I studied for about 4 days out of a one week period and passed with 88%. What was really helpful was taking practice tests and then reviewing the missed questions. The other thing that helped was the 3 page crib sheet to help memorize answers for the W+B type questions

Yep - works perfect. Two days 97% done. Doesn't matter if you fly 135 - just make sure you take the 121 atp test when you show up.

Good luck!
