Has anybody done there ATP here lately. Wanting to see how that went.

Details are good

Nope, But did my Multi Commercial and SES&SEL commercial rides with them years ago. Good people, no hassles family operation. Wonder if they still have the anchor setup in the Lake that I got for them?

Do a "Search" on this site for "Shebles". There was a posting about Shebles back in Sept 05 with a few replies.

Received my ATP from there back in August of '05. Went up with an instructor for an hour. Took checkride the next day. Flew to Prescott for the ILS approaches and flew back to Kingman for the other approaches. Did well considering I had not flown a multi-engine for about 5 years. They give you all of the info you need to know for the exam. Worth the money in my book. Just my .02

I used to be an instructor at Sheble's. I used to teach the ATP course about a year ago. Drop me an email if you have questions. It's a very short and painless process if you come with the all the requirements met. I can give you the details if you'd like, just email me.

I also used to instruct at the Shebs and did my fair share of ATP's in the mighty travelair. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. The ATP there is usually quick and fairly painless.

Gents / ladies,

Is their PPL program solid? Will i get my rating at the advertised price if I apply myself and have a positive attitude?

I have all the requirements met already and have a few hours under the belt - I just need to get the rating knocked out...With family and work its been difficult finding the time (military - active duty AF intel / communications dude...) but I have some leave projected and will be in the area for 4-6 weeks with family.

thanks,
LA

I used to instruct there and yup you'll get done if you know your stuff and don't have distractions while you are training. Don't go though if you are going to try to split your time between training and spending time with family. If you want to get it done fast and at advertised price you need to be there ONLY for the training and nothing else.
