I'm considering a mid-August flight from the Los Angeles area to the Washington, D.C area in a 1979 Cherokee Six. Anticipate 2 days of flying each way; will probably land (and park) at either Manassas or Leesburg, Virgnia, and be there for 2 or 3 days, before heading back west bound. The trip is not definite yet, just considering doing it, and thinking about taking one additional pilot to share costs.

I'm a CFII, and the ship is a basic IFR machine (no fancy avionics) so you can have all the instrument instruction you can handle enroute! If interested, PM me with specifics about your situation, ratings etc.

HI.

Your trip sounds interesting. I did a round-the-country trip last summer and would like to do it again.

I live near SMO, am a private pilot, multi-engine and instrument rated.

What is your situations and particulars (like cost?)

MSW, I might be interested... check your PM box, I sent you more details there.

/Dave
