Hey all, I could use your help. We are considering a possible revision to our pay scale and I need some help with #'s. I will be asking a lot so if you prefer to email or PM, just do so...you may even want to get in touch by phone if it would be easier. I would reimburse you for photo-copies and postage if necessary. Also, please let me know if these are the Scranton (is that right?) numbers or the NBAA #'s. If you have both I would like to have both.
I really appreciate any help you can give me. Please, no speculation, solid #'s only. Thanks again.

Quickie question: Is the Lear 45 considered a medium jet or a light jet?

Can anybody offer any help? Anyone have any old salary surveys laying around?
 
A mid size jet is over #20,000 gross. Anyone with that many turbine aircraft should be an NBAA member. You can get the info from their website.
 
I hate to say it, but you're probably not going to get reliable information off of this website. It sounds like you've got a major project on your hands and could use some professional help. Those folks are out there.

You operate all that and you don't have ANY current benchmarking data????

Something is not right here. A company with the above fleet does not stike me as a company that:

1. Does NOT have CURRENT benchmark data from NBAA or additional reliable compensation research outlets.

AND

2. Is looking for this data on FLIGHTINFO of all places!

What's the deal?????

Soooo, since you are going through a re organization...

Do you already have these planes, or are you looking? If you need any help finding these aircraft, you should hire a broker.
