September Board...I'm In!!!

I just found out that the september board accepted me, now I'm just waiting for my OTS date. Anyone else out there get the good news?

That's great news. I'm begining the process myself right now. Will be applying for both guard/reserve units and active OTS. How many units did you hit up? What did your package look like?

I only applied to one unit, and it was a C-141 reserve unit in california. They are in the process of transitioning to C-17s, so that's what I'll be flying. I don't really know what makes one packet better than another, but I was sponsored by the unit, so that probably helps.

Congrats CFIIer, bunch of good guys down there at the March unit. Good luck in UPT - it's tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel for awhile, but you can put up with anything for a year if you keep it in perspective.
