I am in the need for a rental Piper PA-44 by the end of April 2004. I have a Swiss student who would enjoy doing a bit of route flying under my supervision. Now, i am looking for a fair priced Seminole (preferrably in the Florida aera) or equivalent. A block around 20-50 hrs. would suit very well.

Any thoughts and ideas ?
