Recently FAA Inspector Philip D. Troutwine was found murdered in Dayton, Ohio. Inspector Troutwine's badge, FAA Credential and two books of "request for flight deck access" forms were found missing. If any person presents them self as Mr. Troutwine and requests either cabin or flight deck access, notify the nearest local law enforcement agency immediately. Arrest Warrants Issued In Murder Of Darke County Man

A judge has issued arrest warrants for a man and woman in connection with the murder of a Darke County man.

Philip Troutwine was reported missing on Sept.1, after leaving his job at the Dayton International Airport.

Troutwine's body was found a month later in the trunk of his car in West Carrolton.

Now police have warrants for 20-year-old Candace Hargrove, and her longtime boyfriend, 30-year-old James Russell.

Police said the couple lived in an Auburn Avenue apartment where they believe Troutwine was shot to death with robbery being the motive.

Police say Trotwine and Hargrove were acquaintances.

Investigators believe Hargrove and Russell left the apartment the day after the killing.

The arrest warrants have been issued on charges of murder, aggravated robbery, gross abuse of a corpse and intimidation of a witness.
