I'm a member. They seem ok. The magazine is good for about 20 minutes of interest, and they seem to fight for water landing rights pretty well.

But, they're not exactly AOPA, and their range is pretty limited. I'm sure they have a fair number of working members (AK and bush pilots), but the rest are going to be golden rollers. No middle ground.

I'd put them on par with the SSA and probably a notch above the CPA.
