Seaplane Pilot

How do you, or where do you, get your first job as a low float time pilot? Just interested on how to get into this kind of thing?

Pre 9/11 I could have had a seaplane job with almost no experiance. Post 9/11 the insurance companies minimums screwed me.

With that being said, i would try to get a job as a CFI, where they also train seaplane pilots.
