I agree with jump, learn from it and move on, My evil twinn has had some screw ups. he learns and moves on. Don't dwell to much on it just learn from it.
Most of us here that are flying for a living, have screwed up somewhere. when it happens you get extremly pissed at yourself, because you stirve to be a professional. at least most of us try to. Learn and move on.
