just want to clarify. Can a newhire get the flex schedule, at netjets or is that for more senior guys, and does it matter where you are based in order to get the flex schedule? I am looking at a Jacksonville, Fl. base.

i assume your talking about netjets.

Yes you can hold the flex. It's not based on domicile. It is a function of the percentage of total pilots per fleet. But since nobody wants the **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** schedule enjoy.
