Keep in mind former sapa prez David L. is now trying to dangle Zoltar as a carrot for the new guys as if its alive and well almost four years after it was proposed. "If we keep alpa off the property zoltar can now be a reality". How many times can people be fooled by this tactic? It really does amaze me!</SPAN>
