sapa forums down?

Hello,
It seems that the sapa forums is down, court ruling or cheap server?
I am in my foxhole so fire away!

From what I read the ruling gave the OC access to the Site. Since management is paying for it they could shut it down as to not give access to both SAPA and ALPA.
