Where can I find documentation to give to a new employer on mechanic pay. We are small with 2 pistons and 1 King Air. Besides the survey, what are your suggestions for pay. The guy I'm looking at has 8 years floor experience. Thanks.

What kind of operation? where is it located? salary or hourly? what other benefits? What is his experience? 121? 135? 91? more to it than that

Just my .02 worth. Part 91 corporate (assuming) 3 twins (assuming) he has no opportunity for overtime (he would at a shop) 52,000 would be nice. he is no longer just mechanic, he is a manager of the aircraft. Order parts, maintain logs, get bids for any large projects (paint, interior, HSI,overhauls).
