We are preparing a salary review for our flight department.

Which salary surveys/benchmarks would you take to your employer? Which are realistic and/or accurate?

Thanks

NBAA or Stanton. If you walk in with Stanton you will have crediablity. This what many companies use to figure out what to pay their everyday employee's. NBAA is good 2nd choice.

IMHO the ProPilot survey is worthless. It has zero credibility among the CFO crowd. Why you say ... I just filled mine out. :);)

Dude, you make way to much money anyway. How's life? I am suprised you're not out in APC, hollar at me.

Looking for that Stanton survey myself. Is there anyone out there in cyber land with some gouge for me on what kind of pay to shoot for as a PART TIME PIC / SIC on a international jet weighing in at 38000#? I have an opportunity to fly part time in such an operation and it's difficult to find comparable pay snd benefits in all the standard places. Would appreciate hearing from anyone out there with some experience in this area.
