Gentelmen; I am in need of some solid salary numbers for a Falcon 2000/900ex Captain. Any info would be great. Thanks

FJ,

In the past 16 months I've heard of six 2000 positions open. Salary ranged from $60K (135 operator) to $110K. All salaries were for experienced captains. However, with that being said, I haven't heard of ANY 2000 positions in the last 3-4 months and according to a friend, now is NOT a good time for a pilot to be looking for 2000 work. Just look at the recent closings of 2000 flight departments (Lucent, Tyco, Seacorp, etc.)

When you get some info, I'd like to see what you've come up with if you would be so kind.

Regards,
2000Flyer

The Professional Pilot Survey says:

Captain on the Falcon 2000:

Average: $ 92,000

Low: $66,000

High: $118,000

Falcon 900

Average: $103,000

Low: $70,000

Hopes this helps.

Falcon Capt: I see you have alot of experience on the Falcon. Could you please give me some insight on pay scales for the 2000. I am currently flying DA2000, GIV. Thanks

Country Wild,

I flew for them from march 99 to january 2001, and loved every minute of it. Did you fly for them as well? Did you recognize the DC-3?

What part of the country? What type of ops 135/91? I've seen a huge range by both location and ops.
