Yes, there are multiple salaried cfi jobs available at PAIFA currently. Please realize in order to apply you need 500+ for KLM or 1000+ for Korean program. The KLM program is a great place to instruct, it is all single engine time but the JAA training (for the JAA CFI rating you must earn) is great and the students are very unique. They all have an ATP theory completed, all you do is fly, no ground school. Plan to sign a 12 month contract, the pay is more than you'll find at most regionals 2nd year. The benefit package is much better than you'll find at the regionals also. Also, all of the aircraft you will be flying are less than 3yrs old, dual garmin 430's, RMI, HSI, and air conditioned. If you would like additional information feel free to PM me.

Have they ever hired any instructors with very little dual given that haven't done any of their training with them?

In the distant past they had to hire some people under the FAA section (non-salaried) because of a lack of students replacing the current instructors. Unfortunatly for the salary positions you're going to need a minimum of 500 hours and 200 dual given. There are a few instructors waiting for students now under the FAA section unfortunately so I doubt as to they'll hire for that section in the near future.
