There is a company called XO Jet that operates a fleet of Citation Tens. I don't know much about them, though. Good luck.

What sort of times does your friend have?


XO Jet might be tricky if your friend has no time in type.

I will pass this on to him, thanks. He has a bunch of piston twin time in 404's and 414's. About 3000 TT, no turbine though.... He's down in LA area getting his ATP now.
