I have a better idea. Why not get rid of all the high paid upper management at the airlines. They can't run a business anyhow. Then replace them with committees of management pilots that get a pay raise. Pilots have plenty of days off each month and could easily take it as a second job. Their pay would be much cheaper than those millionaire CEO types and they could still fly the line. Heck, you could even have a couple maintenance guys on the management committee. It's a win win situation for both the pilots and the airline and there is no compromise in safety. Perfect!
 
Looks like someone needs to keep him out of the pub before he gives his press conferences
