Can anyone in this forum tell me how Russian cargo aircraft operate domestically in the USA? Yes, it's true. There are several Antonov cargo aircraft engaged in common carriage & picking up freight in the USA & delivering same in the USA. They don't have an operating certificate, nor does the FAA have any authority to regulate them. Every time a US certificate holder complains to the feds about them the feds are over ruled by the US State Department. Is there some political hanky panky going on?
