Runway slope vs. performance

Anyone know a good rule of thumb or formula for figuring the effect of runway gradient % on runway required for takeoff?

look in the book(POH, AFM..), that isn't something I would "eyeball". It is different for every aircraft and jsut too critical.

Yeah, but what direction is the treadmill moving--against or with the aircraft?
