If you are planning on instructing in PHX in the very near future, I have a couple of rooms available in my North Phoenix house. I live about 10 mins from DVT and 20 mins from Glendale. House is fully furnished and ready to move in. I work for XJT, my roommate currently instructs out of DVT. Non-Smokers only.
