RJ Pilot to Corporate

I am currently an rj captain and looking to make the move into the corporate world. I am not looking for a specific location to live but just a good job with a solid company. Any insight from guys/gals that have made this transition would be greatly appreciated. Anything from job search, pay, aircraft, what to look out for, good/bad from both, etc.... Thank you in advance!

Look into Swift based in PHX. According to LegacyDriver, it is a great company.
With your desire to go where the job is and not pigeon hole yourself to a certain location I believe you will be successful.
I made the jump and have not looked back! I will not go back to the airlines.
