Aero Industries @ RIC use to have some check runs in their Cherokees/Navajos; Talk to Bruce Hartwig(he's either chief pilot or DO).
Also, their ramp gets pretty busy at night with the other operators-some planes based there. Go hang out for a few evenings.

Ram Air Freight has several bases at Hanover in Richmond. But their min's are 135 as I guess all the others are. 1200TT and so on.
