Full time technician positions can also be found at www.usajobs.opm.gov. Search for 2181, it's the GS code for pilots. It works better that a general search for "pilot". AGR positions are still posted only on the state sites.

I'd also recommend picking up the phone and start dialing Guard / Reserve units directly.
