Reviewed the gouge and saw a few questions to the written that looked wrong.

1.How often is the NOTAM publication issued?
answer was 4 weeks not 28 days!
From everything I read it's 28 days. What do you think

2.Runway is closed. What type of NOTAM will it be in? answer was Local. Seems to me it would be a D notam.

3. ILS is out of service what type of NOTAM
answer was local. Again, D NOTAM.

1. poh-tay-toe, poh-tah-toe

2. D if the runway closure closed the airport, L if only one runway

3. same as #2 with respect to approaches

More importantly--this should be for interviewing dispatchers--unless RAH is suddenly providing raw data to supplement flight planning info.

Choices on the test are A) 28 DAYS B)4 WEEKS

The other questions don't mention # of runways.

I can't get my mind around how 4 weeks does not equal 28 days. I could understand if it was 4 weeks vs 1 month, since a month has differing days in it but a week is always 7 days according to my experience.

I think it's basically phraseology. Sort of like stating 24 calendar months or two years. In the end it did not matter, I interviewed and got the job. The questions never showed as they have changed the written. Thanks.
