Was wondering how difficult it is going to be to get IND as a base for Republic, and those of you that fly out of DCA are there affordable crashpads (on a F/O wage)? Thanks in advance for any info.
 
there is a good chance you could get ind out of training. there are fo's of all sen levels at every base, dca, pit, ind.

A crashpad in dca will run about 200.
