Reinstatement rights?

Does anyone else have something similar to this in their contract? This is from the American Airlines contract.

"A reinstatement right provides a displaced pilot with the right to be reinstated to
a vacancy in the bid status from which displaced before such vacancy is
awarded to any other pilot who does not have a reinstatement right."
