Hey does anyone know of the regional situation in Europe and/how the hiring looks there? I have 1210 TT 850 mulit, and 825 Turbine. Is there any airline that would consider me for employment? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Do you have a JAA frozen ATPL and the right to live and work in the EU?

If not, trust me and forget about it.

If ya do, you can get on with around 250 hours as the graduate of an integrated course from a JAA FTO. One of the most popular is the company for which I work, Oxford Aviation Academy.

It'll only cost you about $164,000.

Or you can do the modular course, since you already have the FAA licenses, for about half that.

....AND you have to do your IR and MCC rating in the UK....it'll take about 2-3 months...maybe longer.

Oh, and you have to sit the 14 JAA written exams....count on a bare minimum of 5 months of intensive, full-time self study to pass those.
