regionals hiring, how long?

I frequently here how much some of the regionals are hiring, but how long is this going to last?

I expect the regionals to continue to do some limited hireing for the next few years. Problem is that the upgrade times are going to raise b/c noone is leaving the regionals to move up ATM.
