Regional with best QOL

Mesa sucks....Always a good way to start a thread.

A ton of FOs around my DOH have jumped ship to other regionals, mainly to SkyWest, Republic, and ExpressJet. They have all said how much better things are with the new company.

Which regional that is hiring do you think offers the best QOL?

This is EASY.

The one with a domicile where you want to live...because commuting is the fastest way to destroy your quality of life (although some admittedly are better/worse than others for commuters). Once you find a company with a domicile in your town, the only thing that makes it better is it being a company with a good CBA.
