Between November 15 and December 15, 2002, 42 Regional Airlines hired 405 new pilots per the Berliner Aviation Group monthly review. Expect between 6,500 and 7,000 new pilot jobs to be available in 2003. Most of these jobs will at the Regional level. UPS and FedEx will hire only 300 seats between them.
