Anyone recommend a good instrument book to brush up on knowledge and rules?
Heard "Instrument Flying" by Taylor is a good one.

I highly recommend Instrument Flying for procedures, but for the regs you need some more up to date - they can and do change. For the "weather" aspects of instrument flying my favorite book is Weather Flying by Robert Buck. There are others, but I doubt if they're any better.
