Just trying to figure out why some guys still dont want a Union????? Maybe they crossed a line and know their name have not been forgotten??? Afraid of paying Union dues and waiting years for a contract?? Any thoughts??

Some interesting quotes from nerdpilot

atleast the top half of the senority list at netjets paid for their job...a job they new paid poorly but didnt care just so they could bypass a less glamorous 135 job and build some experience and actually earn a jet position.

Yea you and the comair pukes are the ones that make this the dirt bag industry it is by paying for a stepping stone job with a high school stoner paycheck. Please dont compare paying for your net jets job with buying a 737 type that gets you a lifelong career.

blame the top guys at your company for your low pay who paid for their jobs that didnt pay then or now. They are the ones that let management know that pilots are so stupid that they will pay thousands of dollars to come work for a low paying job just cause they love to fly so much. I only feel sorry for the bottom half of your senority list.... the rest can go cry with the commair guys.

I guess for the top half at net jets that paid for there jobs are finally getting their monies worth

I just was wondering what it is like to pay for ones job and then have to pay for my new contract with some half ass union who have been collecting dues and doing nothing for years and then have a real group of pilots who were paid to take a job and got a better deal without paying for their contract
