Hey big dog1 dude,can you live on a guarunteed $12K/yr plus $150/day when you fly????Most pilots cannot since you are only going to fly 1 or 2 days per week if that !!I would keep looking if I were you!!

No health plan either!!
Have you tried Southeast Air Charter?? They are on the field at GNV!!

GNV is not a very good area to look for 135 charter postion!!
UAC,Univ Air Charter,is another operator on the field,which operates a small fleet of CE-Citations,but the positions,PIC & SIC,are all DAY-RATES,$200/day,if I recall correctly. A phone call would solve that problem!!

This place is a "bottom of the food chain" PT.135 operator @ GNV.
Last I heard,they had 2 CE-414's,1 CE-501 Citation 1,and there was a lot of "talk" about buying a CE-550,Citation 2,this was BEFORE the economy went SOUTH!!
They supposedly have "new" hangars "under construction" or finished,however there are/were rumors that the GM at RD Air took a $100K kickback on the construction deal!!
Ask other operators on the field,if you have any doubts!!

You're better off forgetting about GNV alltogether. UAC and RD are both typical Florida 135 operators.... draw your own conclusion!!!!! PM me for detailed info!!

Hey big dog1,did you ever find a "flying job" in Fla??Was I right about RD Air at GNV??
I believe I was,unless an awful lot of things changed at that place!!
I am talking OWNERS/MGMT!!!
