Raytheon KA 350 position State College, PA

If anyone knows anything about flying for Raytheon, I would appreciate the intel. They are looking for a King Air 350 pilot in State College, PA, and I may be interested in it. I was wondering about quality of life, pay, how they are to work for. Also, if someone can PM me a current phone number for their flight department, that would also be appreciated - my NBAA disc is an older one and the numbers are out of date.
