Job Description: This position requires aiding the Captain with the operation of company-owned aircraft in flight and for ensuring the safety, comfort and convenience of all passengers. Assists the Captain as required in a wide scope of duties to include preflight, postflight and flight planning. Ideal candidate must maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Adherence to all FAA and aircraft manufacturer rules and aircraft limitations is a must. Perform office duties and additional assigned tasks as required. Participate in team projects and promotes harmony within the flight department. Reports to the Chief Pilot.

Required Skills:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate or Commercial Pilot's Certificate, multi-engine certificate with an Instrument rating. First class FAA medical required. Minimum flight time of 1,000 TT or equivalent aviation experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate with senior level management and executives. Must be able to handle stressful conditions while maintaining a positive demeanor; must be a self-starter requiring little guidance; possesses a positive attitude and promotes department and Raytheon core values; maintains willingness to seek out additional assignments; have a passion for aviation; strives for self-improvement; must be proficient with computers, well-organized and structure while performing additional activities


Minimum 4 years of experience

Desired Skills:
Jet aircraft experience. Working knowledge of FAA 91 FAR's with some corporate aviation experience; working knowledge of a computer scheduling system working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint

Required Education(including Major):
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management
