I've been wondering about what sort of qualifications/experience Airlines require for Ramp Controllers, I've found very little information on these positions other than hiring notices for the airport authority positions at IAD and LAS which both specify a few years of ATCTO experience. Are the Airlines similar? On a side note it seems every company has come up with a new name for their ramp controllers.
