In 2006, I left Air Wisconsin after 7 years. I started at 28K a year was at 35K by the time I left. I am now in grad school and will come out in a job starting at more than I would be making had I stayed with AWAC. If there is a bright spot to regional dispatcher pay, it is the fact that there are no golden handcuffs. You can make more money doing just about anything else. My advice is to find something else to do for a living.
