Any tips on how to evaluate a prospective employer? It is a straight pt 91 operation, in my hometown and that is about all I know. Made contact through a friend. I am pretty satisfied where I am now, so I don't want to leave to find out the new place blows. How can I tell during the interview?

Thanks for any advice...

Good question...and be very thorough in your quest. Try talking to anyone that does ANY business with them...how do they treat other pilots, janitors...anybody that they may find disposable. Check with their insurance people, competition. 98% of the truth is a LIE.
