Need some reliable info on wether or not a 38 year old ATP, currently a Captain with a 121 Flag operation, can join and fly an ANG group. Would like to serve and looking at possible furloughs. Any suggestions or recommendations would be valuable.

I think the age cut off for AF/ANG/RES pilots is 30yrs.

Bravo is correct.

Unless you are a previously rated military pilot, you would be too old to fly for the ANG.
