I took my first 10 flights in a glider in another state, and they logged the flights in a cheapy glider log. Then when I came back to my state there were no gliders so I started taking single engine lessons and my cfi logged them in your normal jepp logbook. On other trips outside of my state I logged my glider flights in my glider log. Now I am a CFI and I still like to fly gliders whenever I get around them. Should I start logging my glider flights in my normal jepp log or keep the two seperate for the rest of my life? I eventually would like to fly for my viper unit and after I retire keep flying civilian, so I want to get this straightened out now so it will be less complicated in the future.
Thanks

I think pilots should simplify whenever possible. The 8710 is hard enough to fill out with one logbook, much less two. In my logbook there is even a column for glider time. Perhaps someday I will be able to use that feature!

You're working too hard! Put your data in Logbook Pro, I use it, does everything for you and even spits out your 8710's in a click of the mouse!!!
