Now this is a question that only a few pilots may be able to answer. I've read and heard that Alaska Air and Horizon Air take preference on hiring from people that have been flying in the enviorment of Alaska. Maybe they like the experience? Any responds from pilots this has happened to deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance!
