Going to school in Jan for our IVSP. What other, if any, types does that include (G350, G450, etc)?

Also, is the designator on the license G-IV or something different? Thanks

Z-

Your licence will show GIV. The type rating only covers the GIV, and I believe, the G300 and G400. It is my understanding that the 350, 450, and 550 are all covered under a different type rating.

gvflyer previously stated:

The G350/G450/GV/G500/G550 are all the same type. The G300/G400/GIV/GIVSP are the same type.

Roadie you are correct.

It seem now days you are getting typed on the avionics not the airplane. Next thing you know your certificate will say PlaneView rated and you can fly anything with PlaneView:D
