How did you integrate the A321's with your fleet in terms of crew training?

Did you have A320s before you added A321s or were they added to the fleet at the same time.

If they were added, did you receive any actual training or were you just given a list differences and told to go fly?

321s first, then 319s, 320 last. Returned all but 2 of the 321s back when economy tanked. No actual training just dif
