Are your city pairs already programmed or do you have to enter your route for each leg manually?

Also, is your compensation based on door close to door open or brake release to brakes on?
 
No except maybe some WB stuff. DC10 AMS to BOM for instance.And brakes off with the door closed.
 

The entire flight plan automatically loads upon main cabin door closure prior to departure.

After brake release, upon arrival, a pay stub is generated by the MCDU that we collect & mail to central accounting for pay purposes.
