what are the max days on and off in any stretch?

Max on is 7 unless you volunteer to extend and there is no max days off in a row. The min days off after a tour is 3 for any tour 6 days or less and 4 days off for anything over 6 days in a row on. It is possible to guarentee 8 in a row off if you use all your hard days at the end of one month followed by all your hard days off for the next month at the beginning of that month.
