A lot of times you are better off using price line or southwest.com vs. using our discount codes. They are not always the best deal. good luck.

I can tell you who NOT to use in PHX. I had a bad experience with Fox rent a car. It's a long story, but the readers digest version is they used an old 2" long scratch (on the plastic bumper) that the guy walked up to the car, knew right were it was under the dirt, wiped off the dirt and said, sorry, I have to charge you for that.
Clear scam that cost my credit card company about 500 dollars.

for cheap, skip going to the rental car center at the airport. There is an enterprise located at 44th street and Thomas (about 3 or 4 miles from the airport). Rent from there. Get the Mariott shuttle driver to drop you off.

If you do rent from the terminal SAY you are not using the airport, they won't charge all those taxes.
