So when does Delta start drawing down your flying?

Has it already started or has the Delta lawsuit put these plans on hold?

Already started this month...ASA takes over the MCO flying. Gonna put the Completion Factor in the toilet with 25 min turns and 5-6 legs a day. Can we say, set up for failure?

well its starting to reduce slowly....we wont know whats going to happen permanently until the end of this month. so its up in the air right now. but the lines are shrinking.

Since you obviously don't know what you are talking about, the MCO flights are all very over blocked, and the 25 min turns are easily turned into 40 min turns. If we can't make it work, someone else will....

When Freedom does the florida flying, they were not oveblocked at all. if you left late, it was hard to get caught up due to how tight the blocks were. and yes..25-30 min turns with 5- 6 legs a day

Just MCO reductions now or is it company-wide? I seem to still see Freedom everywhere and have not noticed a reduction.

MCO right now. JFK is still pretty busy for us. If you see the ramp at MCO at night, its mostly ASA and COMAIR. At the end of the month when we go to court for this injunction we will know the future. Delta is banking on a win, but anybody with common sense knows Delta doesnt have a leg to stand on

anybody with "common sense" wouldn't have gone to freedumb.

From what I know about the Freedom contract (which is very little), Delta can cancel for any reason by giving 12 months notice. So worst case scenario for Delta, they give freedom 12 months notice, and cancel all their flying.

Does anyone know if Mesa is still making payments for the 328 Jets, or have they gotten out of that?

Having been a Comair ramper in MCO, you ASA guys better be ready for 30 min or less turns. As soon as the a/c is chocked, the bags and the pax are off loaded. While that's going on, the aircraft is fueled and catered. There's about a 15 min window in between pax offload and onload. Now that there's not too many mainline DL flights it's easier because there's not a lot of connecting pax.

I flew that line for a month. Yes, I do know what I'm talking about. Delayed in NAS for two hours because MCO shuts down every afternoon for CB's...then playing catch up for the rest of the week.

I'm trying to think of the last time I heard of a court case decided by common sense....nope, can't think of any.
