Question for DL people

A friend of mine at atlas says they are getting some 767's that will be flying DL charters. The planes will have delta livery, interiors, tech ops etc. He said there was a little blurb in your new contract that allows this. Any truth?

I don't see why Delta pilots would allow this, then again, anything is possible.

I work at Atlas and can assure you that your friend is smoking some serious stuff. We'll leave Delta flying to Delta pilots. Maybe your friend is confused with the AMC flying? We are on the same team as Delta and FedEx. Doing 767 military charters in Atlas colors out of da ATL.

It is the team AMC, Delta does minimal team trips in the summer .

BUT....Delta did give up its MD-11s and lease them to World and made them into who they are today. That was one of the stupid "Management" tricks Leo pulled......
